Use this website only for inquiries and legally valid orders.
Do not submit fake or fraudulent orders. If this type of order can reasonably be considered to have been placed, we reserve the right to cancel it and notify the relevant authorities.
Provide us with your email address, postal address and/or other contact information honestly and accurately. You also agree that, if necessary, we may use this information to contact you about your order.
If you do not provide us with all the required information, you will not be able to place your order.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS:
All orders are subject to Product availability. If there are difficulties with the delivery of the products or the products are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information about replacement products. If you do not want to order replacement products, we can refund the amount you paid.
PRICE AND PAYMENT:
We make every effort to ensure that the prices displayed on the website are correct, errors may occur. If we notice an error in the price of the item you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to confirm or cancel the order at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered canceled and all monies paid will be fully refunded.
We are not obliged to supply you with any product at an incorrect price (even if we have sent a delivery confirmation) if the error in the price is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been detected at the incorrect price.

EXCHANGE/RETURN/REFUND POLICY:
We offer exchanges if customers contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. For exchanges, a delivery fee will apply, which the customer is responsible for covering. Please note that returns and refunds are not available; only exchanges with applicable delivery fees are provided.

No returns, refunds are allowed.
Defective/Damaged Products:
- Customers must contact us within 5 days of delivery to report any defective or damaged products.
- Customers must provide evidence, such as photos or videos, to support their claim.
Post-Delivery Defects, Mishandling, or Wear and Tear
We are not responsible for any defects, mishandling, or wear and tear that occurs after delivery.
Accurate Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
- We are not liable for any losses or delays resulting from incorrect addresses provided by customers.
CONFIRMATION / CANCELLATION – Terms and Conditions:

- If you have placed a COD order our customer service team will call you for confirmation of the order to be shipped.

- Once an order is cancelled, It cannot be reverted. New order needs to be placed by the customer.

- Once the order is in Shipped status it cannot be cancelled.

- For changes in the order before it has been shipped, Please call us directly on the number and we will see if we can work it out for you. Changes in the order cannot be made once shipped.

To redeem any promotional coupon or discount code, please ensure that your shopping cart meets the specified minimum cart value. The minimum cart value is required before applying the coupon, and it does not include shipping fees or taxes. If the cart value is below the minimum requirement, the coupon will not be applied.
